VAT
Butcha Productions is not registered for VAT.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made payable to "Butcha Productions".
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless prior extended terms have been granted in writing. If after 90 days after completion, your invoice still hasn't been paid, you will receive a summons from our solicitors (Smart & Cook) for which you will be charged, we will also exercise our right to add a daily interest charge on to your account.
For larger projects Butcha Productions may request a deposit as a good will gesture.
PRS / PPL
If appropriate, it is the responsibility of the client to obtain and pay for any music rights required from the Performing Rights Society Ltd and or Phonographic Performance Ltd.
COPYRIGHT
All written and audible work created by Butcha Productions remains the property of Butcha Productions at all times.
LICENSE
Products are not licensed for use until payment has been received by Butcha Productions.
All audio is licensed only for use as originally intended. Additional usage and licensing may be granted subject to written permission and payment of any additional relicensing fees.
No additional copies of the product may be made without our express permission.
LIABILITY
Butcha Productions is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay whatsoever.
Liability is limited to the cost of the production.
CLIENT DUTIES
In the event of failure to comply with any of these terms, Butcha Productions can demand the return of the original material and cease any license and other related materials with immediate effect.
Any changes to a script once it has been recorded and produced, will occur additional charges.
By approving a script you agree to the wording, costs and to the terms and conditions set out by Butcha Productions.
LAW
All contracts including verbal contracts are governed by the law of England.
Clients must submit an address to Butcha Productions prior to an order - to which correspondence can be sent, and business can be conducted.
